Cancellation policy

At Taste the Brew, all coffee is roasted fresh to order to ensure the highest quality and flavor.

Because of this, we have a limited cancellation window.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placing your order.

After this time, your coffee may already be in the roasting process and cannot be canceled.


After Processing Begins

Once your order has entered production or has been roasted:

  • It cannot be canceled or modified
  • It will be processed and shipped as scheduled

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is received within the allowed time window and approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
